Citali is a mobile application that allows users to make, manage, and cancel bookings at affiliated establishments, as well as receive notifications about appointment availability and manage their personal data.

1. Purpose

Citali is a mobile application that allows users to make, manage, and cancel bookings at affiliated establishments, as well as receive notifications about appointment availability and manage their personal data.

2. Registration and Account

  • To use the application, it is necessary to register via email and password or through Firebase Google Authentication, providing real and truthful data.
  • The mandatory data for registration are email and name. Phone number and date of birth are optional.
  • The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials (password or associated Google account).
  • At any time, the user may modify their personal information (email, name, phone, and date of birth) or delete their account from the application itself.

3. Bookings

  • The user may make bookings at affiliated establishments.
  • The user may cancel their bookings from the application, respecting the internal policies of each establishment.
  • Data from all bookings (past, present, and future) will always be available for user consultation in the application.
  • Workers and/or the establishment may delete bookings when deemed necessary (for example, closures, incidents, or internal organization).
  • The establishment reserves the right to set limits on the number of bookings per user.
  • In case of repeated non-compliance with rules (e.g., booking and not attending without prior notice), the establishment or its workers may block the user temporarily or permanently.

4. Notifications and Subscriptions

  • Users may activate or deactivate push notifications at any time.
  • Users may subscribe to full days to receive alerts when booking slots become available.
  • Users may enable or disable automatic synchronization of bookings to their device calendar.

5. Day Management and Availability by the Establishment

  • Workers may block entire days on which bookings exist.
  • In such cases, users with affected bookings will be automatically notified.

6. User Rights and Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

  • Use the application lawfully and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • Not make fraudulent use of the booking system.
  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information at all times.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the suspension or deletion of the user's account.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Citali acts solely as a technological platform for booking management.
  • Compliance with service provision (schedules, attention, quality, cancellations) is the exclusive responsibility of each establishment.
  • Citali is not responsible for losses, damages, or harm arising from the relationship between user and establishment.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the application, its content, logos, design, and code belong to Citali. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

9. Modifications

Citali reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of relevant changes, users will be informed through the application or by email.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city where Citali has its main headquarters, unless consumer protection regulations establish otherwise.
